The only people who know your identity are the team members you've personally approved — and even they only know what you choose to tell them.
Is it legal to operate in India without a registered entity?+
Yes, completely legal. Through our Employer of Record (EOR) model, XMS is the registered legal employer in India. Your company has a commercial relationship with XMS — a standard B2B services agreement. The employees work for you operationally but are legally employed by XMS, which handles all PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance.
What happens when we're ready to go public or set up our own entity?+
We manage a smooth transition. When you're ready to establish your own India entity, XMS handles the transfer of all employees to your payroll — including documentation, compliance handover, and HR records.
